Studio

Stonebridge Studio is a small, focused music workspace based in Kent, working entirely remotely with artists and producers.

The studio is set up to support projects at the demo and early-development stage — helping ideas take shape, sessions stay organised, and work move forward without unnecessary friction. Everything here is built around clarity, simplicity, and a calm way of working.

About Me

I’m Matt, an audio engineer and the owner of Stonebridge Studio.

The studio has grown out of years of hands-on experience working in a private studio environment in the South East. During that time, I’ve been involved in preparing studios for recording sessions, organising projects, setting up microphones, and engineering sessions for vocals, guitar, bass, piano, drums, strings, and percussion.

Alongside recording work, I’ve spent a significant amount of time on detailed editing — including drum sample editing and timing, vocal clean-up, de-essing, and removing unwanted noise, as well as preparing heavier backing vocals and gang vocals where needed. That experience shapes how I work now: organised, methodical, and focused on getting sessions into a strong, usable state.

All work at Stonebridge Studio is done remotely, allowing artists to work from wherever they’re most comfortable while still benefiting from a structured and reliable studio workflow.
